I don't seem to be getting any notifications for subscribed topics. I know the site was down yesterday and this morning. Not sure if that is related.

Definitely not working. I still don't get email notifications for new posts. Checked my user settings. Everything seems correct.
Just checking but I believe the problem is solved.
Wondered why there haven't been any recent posts. Appears that there have, I'm just not getting any notifications again.
